The short version
There is no single best peptide tracker app. They differ in real ways, and the right one depends on which of those matter to you.
- You want it free, with no tier to outgrow. Peptrack (ours) has no paid tier at all. Peptide Tracker says its core tracking is free, with an optional membership.
- You want your records to stay on your phone. Dose Track and PeptidePal both say they are on-device, with optional iCloud sync.
- You want to track blood work. Regimen lists lab logging and charting, and Dose Track lists bloodwork import in its paid plan.
- You want a web app as well as a phone app. Glapp and PeptIQ both list one.
- You only take a GLP-1 medicine. Shotsy, Glapp and MeAgain are built for that, and MeAgain adds detailed food logging.
- You want estimated level charts or an AI assistant. Several apps below list them. Peptrack deliberately does not, for the reason given under what to compare.
What to compare in a peptide tracker app
What “free” actually means
Almost every app here is free to download. The difference is where the free part stops. The usual pattern is a cap on how many compounds or protocols you can track, with a subscription to lift it. That is a fair model, but it means the app can cost nothing on day one and something once your records grow. Check what the limit is before you put months of data into an app. Our own approach is on the free peptide tracker page.
Where your data lives
These are health-related records, so this matters more than a feature list. Some apps keep everything on your device, which is the most private option but ties your records to that phone and its backup. Others use an account, which lets you sign in on a new phone and carry on, and means your records sit on a server. Either can be a reasonable choice. Whichever you pick, check that the app lets you export your data and delete it.
Whether it handles vials
GLP-1 trackers are mostly built around pre-filled pens, so many of them skip vial inventory and reconstitution math. If you work with reconstituted vials, look for both. You can also do the math without an app, with our free peptide calculator and reconstitution calculator.
Level charts, libraries and AI assistants
Several apps estimate how much of a compound is “in your system”, offer a compound library, or include an AI assistant. It is worth understanding what those are. A level chart is a calculation from published average half-lives, not a measurement of you, and for many research peptides there is no human half-life data to calculate from. A library or an assistant that discusses amounts is not a prescriber.
Peptrack includes none of these on purpose. It records what you enter and does arithmetic on your numbers. Some people will want the extras and should choose an app that has them. We would only say: treat their output as information, not as instructions.

PeptrackThis is our app
A dose log with time, injection site and notes, protocols with reminders, vial inventory with remaining supply, a reconstitution calculator, weight, nutrition and side effect logs, a calendar, and logging streaks.
- Built for
- Peptide and GLP-1 record-keeping
- Platforms
- iOS, Android
- Cost
- Free, with no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads and no limit on vials, protocols or history.
- Your data

Worth knowing
- What it does not have: estimated level charts, an AI assistant, bloodwork or photo tracking, or a web app.
- Its compound list is names only, with no dosing information. That is deliberate: it records what you enter and does arithmetic, and it never suggests a dose.
- It is new, so it has no store ratings yet.

What we left out, and why
- Star ratings and user counts. They change every week, the user counts are self-reported, and a new app has none. Peptrack is new and has no ratings yet, so including them would mostly be a way of hiding that.
- Scores and rankings. We are not neutral, so a score from us would be worth nothing.
- Apps we could not verify. There are many more peptide trackers than the 9 here, and several have very similar names. We only listed apps whose own site or listing we could check. Leaving an app out is not a judgement on it.
- Exact prices, where the app does not publish them. Where a site listed prices we quoted them. Where it did not, we said so and pointed you to the store listing.
What no tracker app can do
A tracker keeps a record. None of the apps on this page, including ours, can tell you whether something is safe or appropriate for you, and none replaces a licensed healthcare provider. Many peptides are prescription-only or not approved for human use, and an app appearing in a store does not change that.
Peptrack is for research, informational and record-keeping reference only. It is not medical advice. See the full disclaimer, read what is in the app on the features page, or go back to the homepage.
App names are trademarks of their respective owners, and Peptrack is not affiliated with any of them.
