Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open the Peptrack app and sign in.
- Tap the More tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning, then tap Delete to confirm.
You are signed out and returned to the sign-in screen. The account no longer exists, so signing in again with the same details will not bring anything back.
Delete your account by email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email hello@peptrack.app with the subject “Delete my Peptrack account”.
- Send it from the email address on the account, so we can confirm the request is yours.
- If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google address.
- We may reply to verify the request. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in details, including your email address, name and profile picture.
- Your profile and app preferences.
- All vials and inventory records.
- All protocols, schedules and reminder settings.
- Your full dose log, including injection sites and notes.
- All weight entries, nutrition entries and side effect entries.
Every record is tied to your account, so removing the account removes them all together. We cannot restore any of it afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
- Live database: nothing. Deletion is immediate.
- Backups: routine encrypted backups made before you deleted may still contain your data. They are not accessed for any other purpose and are overwritten within 30 days.
- Your deletion request: if you asked by email, we keep that email thread as a record that the request was completed.
- On your device: reminders scheduled by the app and any cached data are removed when you uninstall Peptrack.
We do not keep any of your health-related records after deletion, and we never sold or shared them for advertising in the first place. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Delete some of your data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete everything. In the app you can remove individual records, such as a vial or a protocol, and keep using your account. If there is a record or a whole category of data you cannot remove yourself, we will remove it for you. Email hello@peptrack.app.
Before you delete
- Export first if you want a copy. Go to More → Settings → Export Data to save your records. After deletion there is nothing left to export.
- Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. Uninstalling Peptrack leaves your account and records in place until you delete the account.
- The website calculators hold no account data. They run in your browser and store nothing with us, so there is nothing to delete for them.
